Tiramisu — Layers of coffee-soaked gluten-free sponge and rich mascarpone mousse.

Milk Florentine and Chocolate Mousse — Milk chocolate mousse on chocolate sponge with crushed Florentine and tuile.

Passion Charlotte — Passion fruit mousse on charlotte sponge, finished with glaze and fresh fruit.

Pear and Caramel Brownie — Caramel pear mousse on a brownie base, topped with milk chocolate mousse.

Pistachio Chibouste — Light chibouste cream with caramelised Iranian pistachios.
